Aché TOP
- Por oficina y criterio de elegibilidad
o Oficina área norte – HSH y personas Transgénero / Transexuales entre 30 y 59 años quienes viven en cualesquiera de los 41 pueblos que componen el Área Estadística Metropolitana.
o Oficina área oeste – HSH y personas Transgénero / Transexuales entre 18 y 59 años quienes viven en cualesquiera de los 15 pueblos que componen la Región de Salud Aguadilla-Mayagüez.
o Oficina área sur – HSH y personas Transgénero / Transexuales entre 18 y 59 años quienes viven en cualesquiera de los 15 pueblos que componen la Región de Salud de Ponce.
- Servicios
o Targeted HIV Testing usando tecnología de prueba rápida unido a consejería tradicional, Personal Cognitive Counseling (PCC) o Testing Together.
o Servicios de Navegación al Cliente para Personas VIH Positivas recién diagnosticadas previamente que incluye la intervención de ARTAS, Enlace a Servicios y Retención (Linkage to Care Retention) y Servicios de Parejas (Partner Services – PS), Promocion y Terapia Anti-Retroviral, Servicios de Referidos incluyendo Cernimiento a pruebas de ETS, TB y Hepatitis Viral, Apoyo en Adherencia Médica, Vivienda y Servicios en Consejería Nutricional, entre otras posibles necesidades a identificarse.
o Servicios de Navegación al Cliente para Personas Negativas en Alto Riesgo que incluye Servicios de Referidos incluyendo Cernimiento a pruebas de ETS, TB y Hepatitis Viral, Referidos para PrEP, NPEP, según aplique.
o Sin Buscar Excusas/No Excuses (SBE/NE) una intervención conductual en video de una sesión, con un grupo pequeño que busca aumentar seguridad en la conducta sexual, prueba de VIH y cuidado entre hombres homosexuales o bisexuales u HSH Hispanos / Latinos – solo en las oficinas norte y oeste.
o Programa de Distribucion Estructurada de Condones.

- “Aché – Taking On Prevention aka Aché TOP” – Serving Men that have Sex with Men and Transgender/Transsexual persons through our offices in the North (Hato Rey); South (Juana Díaz) and West (Mayagüez) areas.
- By office and eligibility criteria
o North office – 30 to 59 years old MSM and transgender/transsexual persons who live in any of the 41 towns comprising the San Juan Statistical Metropolitan Area (SMA).
o West office – 18 to 59 years old MSM and transgender/transsexual persons who live in any of the 15 towns comprising the Aguadilla-Mayaguez Health Regions program.
o South office – 18 to 59 years old MSM and transgender/transsexual persons who live in any of the 15 towns comprising the Ponce Health Region.
- Services
o Targeted HIV Testing using rapid test technology, with traditional counseling; Personal Cognitive Counseling (PCC), or Testing Together.
o Client Navigation Services for Newly and Previously Diagnosed HIV-Positives that includes ARTAS intervention, Linkage to Care and Retention, Partner Services (PS), Promotion and Anti-Retroviral Therapy, Referral Services – including STD, TB, Viral Hepatitis Screening, Medical Adherence Support, Housing, and Nutritional Counseling, among other possible identified needs.
o Client Navigation Services for High Risk HIV Negatives that includes Referral Services including STD, TB, Viral Hepatitis Screening, Educational referrals for PrEP, for NPEP, as appropriate.
o Sin Buscar Excusas/No Excuses (SBE/NE) a single-session, small group, video-based behavioral intervention that aims to increase sexual safety and HIV testing and care among Hispanic/Latino gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM) – only at the North and West office.
o Structural Condom Distribution program.
